ABC Cleaning Terms & Conditions

Our cleaning service may be ordered by telephone, e-mail or on-line and the client agrees to be bound
by these terms and conditions.
Customer agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work,
unless other arrangements have been made with ABC Cleaning.
All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot
water and power. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed.
The company does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, expanses or damage caused by any act or
omission of the introduced cleaner.
For some services £ 30 booking fee is required. The booking fee is an up front payment and is deducted from
the final bill. The deposit must be paid by credit/debit card only.
Customer must secure a car parking and if the Clients address falls into the Congestion Charge Zone an additional
£ 11.50 charges may apply.
If a client prefers the cleaner to collect the keys from a third party’s address, then he/she will be charged
an extra £10 for each cleaning visit.
All outstanding balances are payable by bank transfer or cash on the day of the cleaning visit (except Regular Domestic cleaning).
In case of a complaint, ABC Cleaning requires to be notified within 24 hours after the cleaning work completion.
Claims will not be considered after the above time limit.
In the event of complaint the client will allow the company to send a cleaner back to the client`s property to complete
the work to the client`s satisfaction and the company will not normally refund any payment if it is not permitted to
return to the client`s property to complete the job.
ABC Cleaning advises that customer must be present at the completion of the job so that to inspect if it is done to a
satisfactory level and ask for any corrections if needed before our cleaners leave.
If the client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
The client may cancel or re-schedule a service by giving at least a 24 hour notice.
If ABC Cleaning is not notified on time, no refund will be offered on any deposit paid in advance.
A cancellation fee of £ 30.00 is applicable if cancelled on arrival for one-off cleaning service.
The customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use
any domestic services provided by a past cleaner introduced to the customer by ABC Cleaning if the customer does wish to
hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner than he/she must pay a referral fee of £1000.
Please note that by booking our services the Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions stated above.
ABC Cleaning reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.
